Plantation Acres South (PAS) Drainage Improvements – Survey & Data Collection Schedule

Plantation Acres Improvement District (P.A.I.D.) is providing the community with the Survey & Data Collection Schedule for the Plantation Acres South (PAS) Drainage Improvements – A Portion of Phase 1.

Survey and data collection activities are scheduled to begin with drafting activities on September 28, 2026, followed by field work in several areas throughout Plantation Acres South. The work will include roadways, NW 4th Street, City Park, FFE’s, 23 family lots, ponds, Canals C-1, C-1A and C-1B, the SFWMD Canal C-42, and the North New River Canal. The current schedule extends through April 1, 2027 for final estimated delivery.

Residents may notice survey crews working throughout the community as these activities progress. This work is part of the data-gathering and surveying activities necessary for the PAS Drainage Improvements project.
