The Plantation Acres Improvement District (P.A.I.D.) is pleased to share that our District Engineer, Bealinda Pell, P.E., LEED AP, President of Winningham & Fradley, has been featured in the Greater Plantation Chamber of Commerce June Member Spotlight.
